Gilles Peterson ist die wohl wichtigste Person der britischen Musikszene der letzten 20 Jahre. Gründer der Labels Acid Jazz und Talkin' Loud, Über-DJ und wandelndes Musiklexikon in einer Person. Zusammen mit Stuart Baker hat er die Compilation "Bossa Nova and The Rise of Brazilian Music in the 1960s" zusammengestellt, die am 24. Januar 2011 auf Doppel-CD oder als zweiteilige Doppel-LP veröffentlicht wird. Und wer heute der Kunst des Lesens noch mächtig ist, darf auch gerne das gerade erschienene Buch "Bossa Nova: Original Cover Art Of Brazilian Music in the 1960s" mitnehmen. Gibt’s eigentlich aktuell etwas Cooleres als diese Art von Sound?
